What is a shopping account and why should I use one?
Setting up a shopping account can benefit you in a variety of ways, including quick, easy checkout (not having to re-enter your address every time you shop our site), simpler management of your personal information, and a saved order history to better track your orders if you have questions or concerns. You only need to setup your shopping account once. You will not be required to store your credit card information in your account—that is a matter of personal preference.

M & O SkinCo works with our outsourced courier services to ensure that your products arrive in excellent conditions. Delivery (Singapore) We aim to deliver your products to your doorsteps within 3 working days from the date of your order For orders S$50 and below, a delivery fee of S$5.00 will be charge. For orders $50 and above, FREE DELIVERY. Do note that free delivery is based on single customer purchase order to a single Singapore delivery address only. Therefore all purchase items need to be available before we deliver them out. If you wish to receive the partial available items first, there will be a separate additional charge of S$5.00 Cash on delivery / Personal Pick up (Highly recommended) Cash on delivery and Personal pick up could be arrange. How are International orders shipped?
For orders shipped outside of Singapore, we choose the most cost-effective option for you and for us. All you have to do is click on the checkout page and the shipping costs will be automatically calculated when both the destination and delivery services are selected. Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for our carriers (DHL Express) to deliver the products to your door steps.
As an International customer, what additional charges am I responsible for?
We understand that knowing what to expect is important! While we wish we could give you an exact amount, these fees vary because all customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot estimate them due to rate fluctuations according to location. All customs and import fees are solely your responsibility. By giving M & O SkinCo your consent to ship an order, you assume full responsibility for the taxes, duties, or customs/brokerage fees required in your country. If you refuse your package upon delivery and notification of these fees, M & O SkinCo is unable to issue a refund for your purchase or the original shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area.
Do Free Shipping Specials apply to international orders?
While we love all M & O SkinCo supporters throughout the world, international orders are excluded from all "free shipping" specials. Depending on destination and the weight of your package, international orders generally arrive within 5-10 business days from the date we receive your confirmation.
Can I track my order online for international shipping?
Tracking information is emailed to you 2-4 business days after you place your online order. If you cannot track your package more than 4 business days after placing your order, please contact our Customer Care Team via email: email@example.com or by phone (+65) 96911224 for assistance.
If I choose to hire a 3rd party shipper what are my responsibilities?
M & O SkinCo is responsible for the delivery of goods sent through our carriers to the destination address listed on the Customer purchase order form. We take no responsibility or liability for products damaged or lost during shipping through a 3rd party freight forwarder. Neither M & O SkinCo nor the carrier that has been contracted by us to perform the delivery, will be held responsible if you decide to hire a 3rd party shipper to accept, receive and sign the handover of items. All claims about missing/damaged products must be made directly with the 3rd party shipper you chose.

You may use any bank to transfer to our bank account, the transfer is immediate. Do notify us once you have make the payment.
Can I order products over the phone?
If you would rather shop via our Customer Care Team, please write down the names of the products you would like to order and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or text messages via SMS or whatsapp to phone (+65) 96911224. Alternatively, you could complete the customer purchase order form manually and forward the completed form to our customer care team at the above mentioned email address.
Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?
